I think what is really great about his service is he got to know us, and he understood what our interests were. He was very non-judgmental of our (often) picky needs but was unafraid to offer some advice from his own vast experience. That enabled him to suggest this wonderful house. We both absolutely fell in love with the place. Everything from the house itself to the garden and location was just perfect for our needs and our son adores it! In addition to finding us the house of our dreams, Nick was ever-present during all stages of the house buying process. Most importantly, he held our hand during the offer/negotiation. Being total newbies, we had no idea what sort of price to initiate with and how to properly access the value/potential of a property. Therefore, it was so helpful having Nick act on our behalf and he managed to secure a deal well under the initial asking price. If that wasn't enough, he advised us on building inspectors, mortgage advisors, attorneys, and even painters and contractors for when we signed for the house! In addition to his outstanding expertise, we had an awful lot of fun working with him! He's a great guy! Once again, we are so grateful to Nick and his superb real estate service. If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars, I would do it for Nick!

Nick was fantastic. He went the extra mile whenever possible and was extremely detailed oriented. He's very communicative and responds very well to questions, and feedback, you name it.
